WhatsApp Integration

Use new activity types in Close that makes WhatsApp conversations feel as close to native as possible in the lead activity feed. This will be a multi-part release with some Zapier-powered API functionality and an third-party upgraded integration option.

Call and Meeting Outcomes

Eliminate manual data entry and track sales performance with precision. Close will have new call and meeting outcomes to get accurate reporting on your answer and conversion rates and pipeline flow.

Potential Contacts

Never let a lead slip through the cracks. Manage all your conversations (and tasks) in the Close Inbox––including messages from potential contacts not even in Close yet. Releasing summer 2025.

Draft Assist

Close will generate suggested follow-ups for email reminders: when you set a reminder task for yourself, we'll auto-draft that reply when it pops up in your Inbox.

And coming late summer, we'll take this one step further with Draft Assist for email replies. You'll be able to use AI to draft email replies. In this first version, replies can reference content from the company’s website (provided in Settings) and templates stored in Close.
