What is Close for Startups?

Close for Startups is a special discounted rate on our standard plans (Basic, Professional, and Business). Early stage companies that meet our eligibility criteria are able to take advantage of this offer for the first 12 months of use. After that time, Close for Startup users will receive our regular plan pricing.

Why are you offering this?

We’re passionate about supporting early-stage companies on their path to success. We benefited greatly from the support of others in our early days as a startup. Close for Startups was created in that spirit—an opportunity to empower fast-growing, customer-focused companies with the same powerful sales tools used by well established businesses.

How do I qualify for Close for Startups?

We’re currently restricting access to businesses that meet the following criteria:

• You're a member of a participating accelerator, VC fund, and/or partner network.
• You've received less than $2M in funding.
• You have less than $1M in annual revenue.
• New customers only. Only valid for the first 12-months of service.

Eligibility is subject to verification by Close and falsely misrepresenting your eligibility will result in the immediate removal of your discount and a possible repayment to Close for any discounts you received. The discount only applies to subscription charges. Usages charges for calling and SMS are billed separately.

What can the $1,200 credit be used for?

The $1,200 credit can only be used for subscription plan charges. It cannot be applied to usage charges associating with calling/SMS or professional services.
