journy.io allows you to define product-qualified lead (PQL) signals which trigger playbook actions, such as pushing messages to Slack, sending notification emails, adding tags to ActiveCampaign and Mailchimp--and of course, automatically adding and removing PQLs to/from Close Workflows, creating opportunities and adding engagement tasks for account executives.
All contact and lead records in Close can be enriched with actionable product-led growth (PLG) data, including lifecycle stages, health, feature adoption, customer fit, likelihood-to-buy or -churn, as well as custom-defined metrics.
