New Feature
Rich Text Editing for Notes and Call Notes
We've added rich text editing capabilities to notes and call notes in Close. We've also introduced a new field type for Custom Activities to include rich text notes.
With rich text you can:
- Add bulleted or numbered lists
- Bold, underline, strikethrough, italicize, highlight and quote text
- Hyperlink text easily by pasting the link on selected text
- Use markdown or keyboard shortcuts to add formatting easily
You can also create rich text notes via our API. More details here.
