Audio device improvements

Many problems related to audio devices are now fixed:

Changes to Audio Settings don’t require restarting the Close app anymore.
If you change your OS audio settings, Close's microphone indicator now shows the correct device.
Close now respects the selected microphone device to record VM drops.
It’s now possible to record Voicemail Drops when using a Bluetooth device.
If Close can’t connect to your microphone before placing a call, you'll see a warning and ways to fix the problem.
