How do I join the Close referral program?

How do I get paid?

First, create a referral account here. Be sure to use the same email as your Close account. Follow the onboarding steps and access your account. Once someone uses your referral link to become a Close customer, they will show up in your Rewards and Withdrawals tab in 30-45 days. You can withdraw your earnings by adding a payment method directly in your account (PayPal, Stripe or Direct deposit). For more information, see here.

What if someone uses my referral link, but then signs up at a later date?

They will still be counted! We use tracking technology to make sure that you get rewarded for every referral that you deserve.

Does it cost me anything to join?

No, it’s free.

What if someone starts a trial with my referral link but doesn’t become a customer?

You are both still eligible for rewards, if they choose to return and become customers at a later date.

If I invite someone, can they be a referral partner too?

We are only allowing a select number of Close customers to be a part of the referral program, for the time being. If anyone is interested, they can apply here and a member of our team will be in touch shortly!

How should I pitch Close to my friends/colleagues?

You can share your referral link on social media, email, text, anywhere you like.

Be sure to include a short personal message of why you love using Close as your CRM. For example, “Try Close, the all-in-one CRM built for growth. I’ve been using Close for my business for years, it’s helped me drastically increase my sales. Use my link to save 50% on your first month.”
