Close Notetaker automatically records, transcribes, and summarizes your Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams calls.

Customizable Call + Meeting Outcomes

Workflow Improvements
Workflows are your behind-the-scenes sales engine. Now, they’re more powerful and easier to manage on the back-end:
- Automatically trigger a Workflow based on Custom Activity, Opportunity, and Contact events. Here are a few examples of what you could do with this:
- When an Opportunity has been marked Won, update the Lead Status to "Customer."
- When a "Customer Interview" Custom Activity has been published and the "Send Gift" field contains "Yes," send an email to the contact who participated in the interview asking for their address, and create a Task for the account manager to send the gift.
- When a Contact unsubscribes from email, update the Lead Status to "Opt Out."
- See workflow ownership at a glance, filter workflows by owner, and even reassign them to another user when someone leaves the team.
Why it matters: Your automations shouldn’t fall apart when someone offboards. This keeps your systems clean, reliable, and scalable.
Dark Mode
Available now on web and desktop. Turn it on in Settings or hit Cmd + K → “Toggle dark mode.”
Why it matters: It’s easier on the eyes, especially during late-night follow-ups or early-morning prospecting. Sell on, dark mode crew. Your retinas will thank us.

Smaller (but Still Mighty) Updates
- Add Contacts directly to tasks. This makes it easier to track who you need to follow up with. This also gives you a way to quickly call or email the specific Contact by directly clicking on an action icon in the task from the Lead page or Inbox.
- WhatsApp integration links are now available for all organizations. When enabled, a WhatsApp link appears on SMS notifications in the inbox and on phone numbers in the Contact’s card in a lead. Clicking the link opens WhatsApp Web to a chat with that number, if one exists.
- A new webhooks dashboard allows admins to view, pause, and reactivate all of the organization's webhook subscriptions.
