Built for (and by) a bold, remote team.

Since 2013, we’ve been building a CRM that focuses on better communication, without the hassle of manual data entry or complex UI.
Our goal: double the productivity of every sales rep.
We’re a bootstrapped, profitable, 100% remote team of thoughtful humans who value autonomy and impact. We’re eager to make a product our customers fall in love with over and over again.
Today, we're 70+ team members from around the world—supporting and coaching thousands of customers to growth every single day.
Meet our original Co-Founders, all still actively involved in Close after a decade: an important edge in the technology space.
Our values act as a compass to guide our decisions––big or small, internal or customer-facing. Whether you’re a Close customer or considering joining our team, you’ll see these values in action.
This group has an average 7.5-year tenure at Close, which is unheard of in our industry.
Join our 100% remote, mission-driven team.
Learn what it means to be part of a bootstrapped, profitable organization that always serves our customers and employees first.
The cost of Close is minuscule compared to our ROI. We get absolutely raving reviews from our sales and customer support teams using Close. Even our co-founders are very happy.
We’re saving 5x on our prior spend. I added simplicity, ease of use, and full team engagement.
Close is a complete unified communication system. Email, texting, telephony—I’ve worked for companies where we had to buy options for all of these and then integrate them. This is the #1 reason we think Close is dynamite.
Build deeper relationships with our thoughtful in-person retreats.
We care deeply about the candidate experience, so each interview flow may vary depending on the role. We strive to provide an environment that respects the time and energy of both our candidates and internal team.
Our application process promotes equitable and unbiased hiring practices. We ask a short series of questions, similar to what you would be asked in the first interview. This helps us learn more about you right from the start, so please be sure to answer each question thoughtfully. All applications are reviewed by a team member; qualified applications undergo secondary review. Regardless of fit, we will let you know if you're moving forward.
You'll first meet with the hiring manager or People Operations team. We seek to understand you, your background, professional goals, and what’s important to you when choosing your next position and company. This call is an opportunity for you to ask questions about the role, company, culture, values, or product.
This is a hypothetical prompt designed to resemble key aspects of this role's responsibilities. Each take-home project is thoughtfully designed by the hiring manager to include a grading system, concise directions, and clear goals. These projects may take between 3-6 hours to complete depending on the role. However, we never use your work product.
After the skills assessment, we'll dive into your technical skills during 1 to 2 interviews hosted by your potential colleagues. This step focuses on the specifics of the role and provides you an opportunity to ask the team about their experiences at Close.
Interviews conclude with a 1:1, 30-minute call with one of our Co-Founders or VP of Engineering. These are typically honest conversations that allow you the opportunity to discuss any outstanding questions. Our founders are active leaders at Close and genuinely interested in every person who joins the team.
We’ll ask you to provide three references who can speak to your professional experience––ideally at least one of whom you've reported to. These calls help us validate what we already believe to be true based on our interviews with you.
