New in Workflows: Update Opportunity step
The new "Update Opportunity" step in Workflows can update any selected fields on an existing Opportunity. This works great for:
- Updating an Opportunity's confidence percentage or Custom Fields fields when the status changes.
- Updating an Opportunity's status when an event occurs on the Lead or a Custom Activity is published.
- Changing the owner of an Opportunity when the Lead gets assigned to another user.
