That’s why this quarter’s Workflow updates are focused on giving you more control without slowing you down. These aren’t just technical improvements—they’re pulled from real-life feedback we get from teams like yours every day.
Previously limited to hours or days, delays in workflows can now be set down to the minute. Want to respond immediately when a lead submits a form? You now can—with instant, automated emails or texts.
You can now build and configure workflows without publishing them. Set triggers, add steps, and finalize the workflow on your timeline—no need to name or activate until you’re ready.
Two new conversion triggers let you:
Perfect for stopping workflows once leads progress in your funnel.
Configure your workflow filters in advance and toggle enrollment on or off without losing your setup.
Automatically include cc/bcc recipients in workflow emails. Great for keeping managers or SDRs in the loop without enrolling them in the flow.
Avoid losing work! You’ll now get a warning if you try to navigate away from a workflow with unsaved changes.

Here’s the scoop:
A centralized hub for all your Smart Views, Conversations, and Reports. It’s searchable, filterable, and sortable. Includes bulk delete to clean out the clutter.
Managing your sidebar just got way simpler. Hover to unpin views, and restore anything from the new Saved Views page.
Share saved reports like Activity Overview, Funnel, and more with individuals or groups. Updates to shared reports now reflect for everyone, keeping your team aligned.
More compact layout, better scrub bar interaction, and new “Copy link to current time” functionality for sharing exact points in recordings.

Admins and power users, we see you. We added more control and simplification across the board to make your lives easier.
You can now create a Contact or Opportunity without first creating a Lead—the system will generate one automatically. This simplifies integration flows and reduces the need for third-party app usage.
Filters on Leads/Contacts now support hour and minute granularity, not just dates. More precise = more powerful.

Sort by any column, like Last Activity. Bulk archive, unarchive, and delete to keep things tidy.
